Everybody was "nice," however, they did not fully explain procedures to me, the doctor consulted with me while the examining room door was wide open -- no privacy, and the nurses had visible tattoos, which detracts from my confidence in the doctor. It's uncomfortable enough to have to see a urologist, in the first place, without having to deal with issues that add to the stress. Needless to say, I won't be going back for any more of Dr. Freedman's services."
